Are there classes for me?

Yes! We have classes for all age groups, and pride ourselves on being an open and inclusive community.

Kids between 7-13 years old can be enrolled in our children’s program.

Teens and adults between 14-114 years old are welcome in our adult classes.

See our schedule for class dates and times.

Why are there specific enrollment periods?

We only have so many instructors, so we cannot support rolling enrollment. In order to provide all our students with the best experience possible, we open enrollment for about a month a few times a year. This lets students learn as a group and form bonds with their classmates (ask students about their class names!).

Please find information about our next enrollment period here or follow us on social media for updates.

Do you participate in tournaments?

The school does not enter its students in martial arts tournaments directly, but students can compete and represent the school individually if they wish. We participate in occasional style-wide and dojo competitions and fitness challenges.
