yoga classes are open to everyone. Free for all members, $5 per class for non-members.

Yoga is an ancient exercise practice which combines breathing, stretching and flowing movements. Regular yoga practice can reduce anxiety, improve flexibility, increase muscular strength, and provide a toolkit for reducing stress in your daily life.

Our yoga classes at Cuong Nhu follow the philosophies of our martial arts practice: to have an open mind, open heart, and open arms. In this judgement free zone, you will learn hatha yoga principles which can help you on and off the mat.

The dojo provides equipment, but feel free to bring your own!
